This platform is a classifieds connection service connecting buyers, renters, and sellers in real estate and automobiles. We facilitate listing of assets and connection between buyers and sellers.
We are NOT: a real estate agency or broker, a party to any transaction, an agent or representative of any seller, a verifier of listings, assets, or identities, or responsible for negotiations, payments, or agreements.
Users are solely responsible for: verifying all property/asset details independently, verifying the identity and credibility of ANY seller, confirming seller identity before making payments, conducting due diligence, exercising caution during transactions, and all negotiations, payments, and transfers.
THIS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES including: property ownership or legitimacy, accuracy of listings, authenticity or legal status of any asset, identity or intentions of ANY user, or success or safety of any transaction.

We are NOT liable for: fraudulent listings or scams, financial losses or damages, disputes between users, agreements made outside the platform, any interactions or transactions between users, or any other matter arising from the use of the platform.
We offer optional identity verification. "ID Provided" means the user submitted a government-issued ID and identity is on file with us. It does NOT mean trustworthiness, honesty, safety, listing legitimacy, or endorsement by us.
⚠️ Scammers can also have ID. ALWAYS verify independently.
Verification requires: full name, phone number, National ID or Passport, and selfie confirmation. Verified users receive an "ID Provided" badge and their full name displayed. Unverified users may continue normally.
Users must be 18 years or older. By using this platform, you confirm you are 18+. Users under 18 may NOT use this service.
Users may NOT: post fraudulent or misleading listings, misrepresent identity or asset details, use the platform for illegal activities, scam or defraud others, or misuse "ID Provided" status to gain false trust.
We collect: your phone number (when you list or enquire), browser fingerprint, listing information, and optional verification data. Your phone number is shown publicly on your listings. Your name is displayed only if verified.

We reserve the right to: remove any listing without notice, suspend or terminate any user account, revoke "ID Provided" status without notice, or refuse service to anyone, for any reason. We may suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, suspicious behavior, or violation of these Terms.
Your information is not sold to third parties. It may be disclosed to authorities when legally required.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
